Windows Seven: we enable DreamScene

DreamScene is an extra in this version of Windows Vista Ultimate, which lets you set a video as your wallpaper. With the release of Windows Seven, Microsoft chose not to include this functionality in the new operating system while integrating the "Desktop Slideshow" that allows you to set as desktop background to a directory containing images.
